I’ve been experiencing a lot of stomach-ache lately and have decided to try fasting for a few days. I’ll have to see how many days I can take without food. I’ve only eaten yoghurt fruit and vegetables for the past two days and today I actually feel much better. I think this is the first day in like 2 weeks that I haven’t wanted to cry because of my stomach ache.
I am also going to juice during the next few days and I was so happy to stumble across Chaud’s Juice Therapy on instagram the other day! Great recipes and information about juices, ingredients and much more. Going to the fruit market tomorrow.
