November 7

Just got back from practice. I am in love with this sport and I have promised myself to be great at it. After only 8 weeks I could really see at class today how much stronger I have become. My next step now will be to start working on my cardio and strength again so that I have the body strength needed to become a great pole dancer. I also need to stretch daily so I an become more flexible.

I moved my advanced beginners class to thursdays so that I get to practice twice a week. This is going to be legendary.
